It's Ironic, that physicians receive no formal business training in medical school or residency. Yet they are thrust into a small business the minute they enter practice. "The Ultimate Practice Building Book," by David Zahaluk gets you started right the first time.
Even if you already have a practice, this book can always be utilized.
It's a useful tool, that you will always refer to.
Check out more about the book at http://www.ultimatepracticebuilder.com/
